Hi I am Life coach Dr Vinay Sethi. I was born and brought up in a middle class business family. I did my graduation (BAMS) in 1992 and since then I am into medical practice.
As per my professional need I stay updated as and when required.
More than 30 years into medical practice and public dealing, I realized that most of the patients are having problems (Disease) just because of wrong patterns of thinking and negative stuff is being fed into the mind every second.
The so called disease that affects people are more of psycho-somatic in nature. (मनोदैहिक)
It simply means that when your mind is full of negativity and ill, it tends to make you sick too.
So apart from treating them therapeutically, I started to heal their minds too.

So to sum up I want everyone to be a मनोयोगी (Master of one’s destiny) and not a मनोरोगी (Mental Disorder).
